The Vice Chancellor Office in the Campus of Ourense, with the financial support of the Excma. Deputación Provincial of Ourense, through the annual collaboration agreement, convenes annually the Aid for research groups in the Campus of Ourense -INOU Projects-.
The objective of this programme is to support the research which contributes to the social and economic development in Ourense and to the understanding of its reality, as well as to the specialisation of the Campus of Ourense as Campus Auga. For this purpose will receive funding those projects related to the socio-economic fields more important in the province such as tourism, agriculture and livestock, trade, integral management and water resources utilisation, especially those related to thermalism, or any other as long as their relationship with the province of Ourense, or with the specialization of the Campus Auga is justified.
At the same time it aims to be a way for younger full-time researchers, for whom is more difficult to attend other calls, to launch their projects, also helping to reduce the gender gap in research.

Description
This book compiles the research results of projects beneficiaries of the call for proposals from the Ourense Campus research groups – INOU2020, financed through an agreement with the Ourense Provincial Deputation for the activities development in the Campus of Ourense.
For this year four coordinated research projects were founded, formed by subprojects lead by researchers in the different knowledge fields in the Campus of Ourense. Most of projects from this volume are related with the main axes of development in our province as the cultural and artistic patrimony, the enoturism, the use of winegrowing waster, sustainability and digitalisation. These projects contribute to value our cultural, natural and gastronomic patrimony, three of the main cornerstone of the economy in our province. But also there are projects facing up-to-date projects as those related with social media abuse by youngsters, analysing the risky conducts in youth from Ourense and developing digital tools to help avoid those.
