The PhD Programme in Agri-Food Science and Technology prepares doctor to carry out their R&D&i activity in the various links of the food chain, from the raw materials primary production to the latest advances in food processing or biotechnology, including food quality and safety, guaranteeing a comprehensive and multidisciplinary training that qualifies them to develop and implement new technologies in the agri-food sector, as well as the new products generation products and/or the valuation of those that currently exist in the market, providing them with and excellent scientific preparation and professional maturity to lead and collaborate in R&D&i activities of the scientific-professional food sector.
