The deadline to submit an abstract of an oral communication or a poster for the 1st Transnational Congress of the Water Campus of Research Youth (AQUAXI Congress) ends on July 31, 2025.
Only one communication, either oral or poster, is accepted per registration.

Instructions for making an oral or poster presentation
Oral presentations or posters can be made in any of the languages accepted at the congress, that is: Galician, Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Oral communications:
- TPresentation time: 15 minutes. At the end of each presentation, there will be 5 minutes for questions, comments and discussion.
- Presentation style: It is mandatory to use the official Congress templates for oral presentations. [Download the official oral communication templates].
- Before September 17, 2025, final presentations must be sent to the address: congreso.campusauga@uvigo.gal.
Poster:
- Dimensions: It must be A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm).
- It is mandatory to use the official congressional templates. [Download the official poster template].
- At the registration desk, people presenting a poster will be directed to the area where they will be displayed.
